Additionally, experience in partner on-boarding, partner training, and sales pipeline management is required.

Responsibilities

The Regional Vice President, Channel Sales will manage Regional Partner Managers across the UK, providing coaching, mentoring, and skill development. They will deliver consistent revenue performance, define key processes and metrics, and work with the Sales Department Trainer to develop training curriculum. The role involves increasing team productivity, driving lead generation and marketing campaigns with partners, ensuring new partners are trained, and assisting with large sales opportunities. Furthermore, the individual will monitor and manage follow-up with partner lead registrations, track pipeline metrics, and train the team on sales processes and RingCentral products, as well as assist TSM’s with sales order processes.
