Enterprise Sales Representative

Location Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 200,000-210,000 CAD (dependent on geographic location)

We are looking for an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating customer-centric solutions and building strong, enduring relationships with our customers. You will articulate Cribl's value proposition and execute proven sales processes, demonstrating accountability and ownership in meeting leading indicators.

Note: This is a remote position based out of Western Canada (Alberta or BC). Candidates are expected to live local to the territory.

Responsibilities

As an active member of our team, you will:

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate our value proposition to all levels within an organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast predictably and consistently hit sales targets.

Please note: As a remote-first company operating across multiple time zones, occasional duties may be required outside of standard working hours.

Requirements

If you’ve got it, we want it:

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
    • Experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIOs).
    • Experience working with at least one early-stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
    • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually.
    • Demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process.
    • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
    • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
    • Background using MEDDIC.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: 200,000-210,000 CAD (dependent on geographic location, knowledge, skills, and experience).
  • Total Compensation: Includes a commission/incentive plan.
  • Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity.
