Regional Sales Manager - Mid Enterprise (Remote)

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, specifically targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s), and a proven track record of securing 5+ new logos annually. Experience working with a start-up organization with fewer than 1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills is preferred. Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology is required, along with experience selling through a channel-led motion.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals, manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, assist customers in understanding the value of Cribl, articulate the company’s value proposition to various organizational levels, accurately forecast sales targets, and consistently meet sales objectives. You will also be responsible for creating demand within the territory and selling un-budgeted solutions, while potentially performing duties outside standard working hours to support a remote-first company operating across multiple time zones.
