We are looking for an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

This is a remote position based in Singapore, and we are looking for candidates local to the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate our value proposition to all levels within an organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Provide predictable forecasting and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to the remote-first, multi-time zone nature of the company.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs).
  • Experience working with at least one early-stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand within a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC is required.
