Senior Developer Educator, Observability

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They must have at least 5 years of experience in a technical support, technical account management, consulting, Sales Engineer (SE), or Professional Services role within the technology industry. A strong understanding of observability solutions, particularly Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently is also required.
The Observability Architect will serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers, designing their observability maturity journey and providing expert-level troubleshooting and guidance. They will conduct regular technical reviews and health checks, advise clients on best practices, collaborate on technical roadmaps, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop technical documentation. Furthermore, the OA will act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring a strong return on investment, while also conducting training sessions, preparing reports, and participating in customer reviews alongside account teams.
