Requirements

Candidates must have a proven successful track record selling high technology products to FTSE 250 companies, with at least 2-4 years of experience in a quota-driven, enterprise-level sales environment. Strong networking abilities up to C-level, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and the capacity to create and deliver value propositions are essential. Security technology knowledge, familiarity with formal sales training methodologies, strong business acumen, professionalism, and leadership qualities are required. Salesforce.com experience is preferred, and a sales track record in the IT security industry is a plus. Candidates should be capable of closing solutions and services opportunities ranging from $150k to $1m.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will drive new business opportunities within enterprise clients and grow existing client relationships, positioning CrowdStrike as the preferred supplier. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas by driving the sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals, and building a successful pipeline. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships up to executive levels, networking within client businesses, influencing key decision-makers, acting as a CrowdStrike ambassador, articulating the company's value proposition, developing account plans, leading virtual teams to close opportunities, and accurately forecasting business objectives and outcomes.
