Requirements

Candidates should possess a proven successful track record in a similar role selling high technology products to Public Sector organizations, preferably in the defense space, and demonstrate the ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level. They must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with the ability to create and deliver value propositions and identify and influence key decision-makers. Native fluency and business level English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

As the Regional Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for driving large and complex business opportunities within strategic clients, growing existing client relationships, and positioning CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice within their accounts. They will meet and exceed their individual sales quota by driving the sales cycle to success, collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals, and articulating the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, creating account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets, working in collaboration with internal teams to lead virtual teams, taking control of opportunities, and accurately forecasting business objectives and outcomes.
