Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of Strategic Security Sales experience, focusing on selling into Fortune Level Organizations and targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personsas (CISCO/CIO’s). Experience working with a start-up organization with fewer than 1000 employees or demonstrating entrepreneurial skills is preferred. A proven track record of securing and expanding 7-figure deals, including developing new logos from scratch, is required. Familiarity with selling through a channel-led motion and experience utilizing MEDDIC is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, assist customers in understanding the value of Cribl during the sales process, articulate the company’s value proposition across various organizational levels, forecast sales accurately and consistently meet sales targets, and create demand within a territory while selling un-budgeted solutions.
