We are seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Strategic Sales Representative. This role involves clearly articulating Cribl's value proposition, executing proven sales processes, and demonstrating accountability and ownership in meeting leading indicators. The ideal candidate will prioritize customers, possess expertise in creating customer-centric solutions, and excel at building strong, enduring customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate Cribl's value proposition to all levels within an organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Provide predictable forecasting and meet sales targets.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to the remote-first, multi-timezone nature of the company.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Strategic Security Sales experience selling into Fortune Level Organizations, targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs).
  • Experience working with at least one early-stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Success selling to G2K companies and developing new logos from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $150k - $165k USD (dependent on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).
  • Total Compensation: Includes a commission/incentive plan.
