Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with 3+ years of sales experience preferably within an EdTech SaaS company, and demonstrate a growth mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with solution-based selling methodologies and experience utilizing Sales Enablement Tools such as Outreach, Engagio, Salesforce, and Highspot is considered a plus. Proficiency in Google Suite of Tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Salesforce Reporting and Usage is required, along with Microsoft Suite of Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager, Parchment K12 will be responsible for creating and managing a new sales pipeline, closing new sales, and driving net-new client adoption within the US-based K12 market, targeting Directors of Student Services, Registrars, Principals, and Superintendents. This role involves scheduling and delivering new meetings, collaborating with an SDR to plan territory strategy, generating sales opportunities, maintaining pipeline accuracy, attaining annual quota, managing a SaaS portfolio sale, conducting contract negotiations, providing regular reporting, attending sales meetings, preparing presentations, and continually learning about new products. The individual will also be responsible for executing a prospecting methodology, managing a sales pipeline of $1M-2M, and upsell/selling additional products/services into existing clients.
