Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the Education industry, with a preference for experience in the SpEd space. They should have at least 2 years of prior experience in customer success within the education sector, a proven track record in B2B sales and exceeding quotas, and experience developing relationships and building partnerships at various levels within a district. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including empathy and proficiency in phone and email communication, are required, along with attention to detail and project management skills. Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for district customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes and maximize the value of their partnership with Parallel. They will establish long-term relationships, become knowledgeable about Parallel’s products and services, provide consistent outreach focused on customer satisfaction and service alignment, lead and manage the full customer life cycle including onboarding, identify and pursue additional service needs, collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to resolve customer issues, and be responsible for data updates and accuracy on various platforms.
