Candidates should possess at least 6 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, specifically targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s). They must have experience working with a start-up organization with fewer than 1000 employees or demonstrate entrepreneurial skills, along with a proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually and executing a complex sales process. Experience selling through a channel-led motion and utilizing MEDDIC methodology is also required.
As a Regional Sales Manager, the individual will develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, assist customers in understanding the value of Cribl, articulate the value proposition across various organizational levels, forecast sales predictably, and hit sales targets. They will also create demand in their territory and sell un-budgeted solutions, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
