Dataminr is seeking a Senior Channel Manager to drive results with their reseller and distribution partners in the North American enterprise markets. As part of a growing team of 600+ individuals, the successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a partner ecosystem focused on the Private Sector market.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in Private Sector sales, channel/alliances, partner management, and/or distribution relationship management, with a clear record of success and increasing responsibility.
    • 5+ years of experience building cyber security channels, with strong relationships with key cyber security VAR’s who serve the North America Enterprise markets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of the NORAM Private Sector cyber security channel landscape.
    • Experience executing meet-in-the-channel sales plays in conjunction with SIEM, SOAR & TIP platform providers (e.g., Splunk & Palo Alto).
    • Exceptional partner sales, written, and oral communication skills; must be persuasive and excel at presenting.
    • Proven ability to prioritize, develop strategic plans, and achieve partner sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop & manage an ecosystem of solution provider partners who serve the Private Sector market in North America.
  • Develop business plans with partners in collaboration with the sales team and report progress on a quarterly basis.
  • Drive joint demand generation campaigns, events, and activities with partners and the sales team.
  • Achieve assigned channel sales and pipeline goals for the North American Private Sector market.
