Responsibilities

  • Piloter une équipe de commerciaux en développement de performance, recrutement, coaching et support terrain pour développer l’activité
  • Manager un Directeur Technique Régional dirigeant une équipe d’Ingénieurs d’Application pour le support technique régional
  • Assurer le leadership et la direction d’une équipe de commerciaux avec accompagnement régulier sur le terrain
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan d’action régional basé sur l’analyse de l’environnement
  • Analyser les tableaux de bord quantitatifs et qualitatifs : interprétation des résultats, diffusion d’informations, actions correctives, suivi d’activité et des plans d’action
  • Construire et maintenir des relations avec les grands comptes régionaux ou KOLs
  • Participer activement aux négociations de ventes et assurer un suivi périodique des clients sur le territoire
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle sur les évolutions du marché et des acteurs, en lien avec les équipes internes
  • Gérer et développer les RH régionales (recrutement, évaluation, formation)
