Candidates should possess 7+ years of Strategic Security Sales experience selling into Fortune Level Organizations, specifically targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personsas (CISCO/CIO’s). They should have experience working with at least one earlier-stage start-up organization (less than 1000 employees) or demonstrate entrepreneurial skills, a proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals, success selling to G2K companies and developing new logos, and experience selling through a channel-led motion. Furthermore, candidates should be proficient in using MEDDIC methodologies.
As a Regional Sales Manager, the individual will develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, assist customers in understanding the value of Cribl during the sales process, articulate the company’s value proposition throughout the organization, forecast sales predictably and meet targets, and create demand within the territory while selling un-budgeted solutions.
