Requirements

Candidates should possess sales leadership experience, executive-level contacts within the assigned territory, and a strong network of VAR resellers to drive CrowdStrike sales strategy and goal attainment. They must be results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and innovative in building internal and external relationships to attack the market with passion, and be comfortable articulating CrowdStrike’s GTM strategies to senior customer executives.

Responsibilities

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for day-to-day personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management. You will identify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region, scope and negotiate agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets, and target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts.
