They should have experience as a successful Regional Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas and demonstrated experience working with Sales organizations and technical teams, along with experience developing budgets and predicting project costs.
The Sr. Regional Sales Director - Majors will participate in strategic planning sessions, communicate corporate strategy to employees, plan and direct activities including forecasting, marketing program development, and customer satisfaction, establish sales goals and quotas, identify sales opportunities, act as a coach and mentor to Regional Sales Managers, select and develop personnel, keep senior leadership informed of key issues, and identify needed resources for supporting sales strategy.
