We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Federal Civilian Sales Executive to join our team and make a difference in global security by protecting organizations against advanced attackers.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, Federal Civilian Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for positioning next-generation endpoint security and Threat Intelligence solutions to new and existing Federal Civilian agencies. You will articulate CrowdStrike's value proposition, match our strengths to client needs, and help partners and clients defeat adversaries. This role requires a results-driven, customer-focused, and technologically savvy individual with a passion for building relationships and attacking the market.

This position is remote and requires residence in a major US area, specifically the Washington DC Region.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a Federal sales territory, including pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and opportunity management.
  • Establish and maintain active relationships with key Federal decision-makers across all IT and senior executive levels.
  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and annual revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, Product Development) to drive engagement with target accounts and prospects.
  • Leverage partner relationships to gain account presence and drive engagement.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to capture, maintain, and disseminate prospect information.

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of successful solution sales experience, specifically selling software security and/or enterprise SaaS software within the Federal Government.
  • Experience and understanding of the Federal Government’s procurement process, regulations, GSA schedules, and GWACs.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
  • Successful experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Must be aggressive, a self-starter with the ability to build executive relationships and articulate CrowdStrike's value proposition effectively.
