The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads within Germany, managing commercial sales opportunities, and demonstrating hand-held XRF and LIBS spectrometers to potential customers. They will also define and implement new sales processes, manage and oversee key accounts, increase visibility through improved pipeline and forecasting processes, utilize sales tools like Sales Force.com, conduct business reviews, and effectively communicate sales forecasts to management.
