Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading Strategic sales teams, a successful track record of overachievement annually, experience leading sales teams who sell through security channel partners, experience navigating complex sales cycles, experience with SaaS sales (cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security), and a background of successfully selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000). Experience using MEDDIC is required, and a background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning is a bonus.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Director, you will lead, support, and inspire a team of Strategic Sales Reps, develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage and maintain the sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing, recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Reps, build a sales team and the future sales leaders of Cribl, play a key role in developing the GTM, and potentially perform duties outside standard working hours due to the remote-first nature of the company.
