They should have experience navigating complex sales cycles lasting 2-6 months, demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable working closely with C-Level executives. A consistent track record in shaping strategic seven-figure deals, MEDDPICC expertise, and experience with ROI and cost modeling are also required, along with unwavering dedication to integrity and professionalism.
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and mentoring a sales team, establishing sales territories and quotas, developing an annual sales plan to support organizational objectives, meeting with prospects and strategizing with sales representatives to close deals, preparing the team for QBRs and HBRs, enabling and supporting Account Executives in building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, strategically partnering with various functional teams including Marketing, Solution Engineers, R&D, and Customer Support, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.
