The Regional Manager will be responsible for personnel management within the assigned territory and organizing the work of the field force, including controlling representatives' activities. This role involves maintaining effective relationships with healthcare sector representatives and pharmacy chains, regularly monitoring the market, keeping records of KPIs, and planning/organizing promotional activities such as conferences, round tables, and projects.
