Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain healthy driver bases across assigned geographies/customers, including monitoring performance, developing improvement plans, and proactive post-onboarding communication.
• Develop strong driver and customer point-of-contact relationships through daily interactions and regular onsite visits.
• Coordinate change requests with drivers and customers.
• Provide direct support to drivers for tactical problems.
• Proactively partner with the Revenue team to address driver feedback and develop resolution plans.
• Drive quality and support initiatives.
• Conduct market performance reviews.
• Develop and implement performance management programs (e.g., continuous improvement plans, quarterly retraining).
• Manage driver rate establishment, billing, and payment execution.
• Govern work through formal documentation and identify process streamlining opportunities.
• Partner with management to identify and address process gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide up to 50%-60% of the time.
