Position Overview

This role is part of the Sales Force job family within the EPD Established Pharma division. The primary focus is on sales performance and regional management, aiming to achieve business objectives, market share, and growth rates within allocated budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance & Regional Management:

    • Define business objectives, plans, and expense budgets to achieve target sales volume, market share, and growth rates.
    • Develop and execute plans for collaborative visits, ensuring efficient use of time.
    • Ensure correct execution of company marketing strategies and activities within the region.
    • Analyze regional market conditions to ensure rational allocation and effective investment of resources.
    • Collect and feedback market information promptly and accurately.
    • Forecast regional market risks to ensure effective business progression.
    • Maintain a high standard of professional visits and build stable, positive relationships with key clients.
    • Track and understand regional inbound, sales, and inventory situations to ensure reasonable inventory levels.
    • Collaborate closely with regional commercial colleagues to ensure smooth supply.
    • Utilize resources reasonably and control expenses.
    • Provide timely and accurate monthly sales data, including volume, inbound drug information, and expenses.
    • Complete other reports required by the company accurately and on time.
    • Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Possess comprehensive and continuously updated product knowledge.
    • Ensure product promotion information is consistent with the company's marketing department.
    • Learn and utilize other materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion.
    • Acquire knowledge of related products.
  • Professional Ethics:

    • Strictly adhere to company SOPs and financial systems during sales and work processes.
    • Comply with company ethical guidelines and principles.
    • Maintain a good professional image, dress according to professional standards, and conduct oneself according to company requirements.
    • Demonstrate a dedicated work ethic and active engagement in assigned duties.
