Responsibilities

Lead the Operational performance of a team of Valuers
Provide support, mentoring, and engagement initiatives to the team
Ensure consistent communication with the team
Lead change initiatives and embed Opteon processes
Implement a regional business plan and translate it into effective operational plans
Proactively manage performance and provide consistent performance reporting (TAT, Quality, Queries, Quoting, Financial & WIP Management targets)
Set and make improvements to enhance overall team performance
