Requirements

Candidates must currently reside in the West Coast, Pacific Region and possess strong telemarketing skills. Experience in field demonstrations and onsite presentations is also required. The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with occupational health clinic customer accounts is essential.

Responsibilities

The Regional Business Manager will expand the eScreen Occupational Health Network through new contract agreements with clinic partners. This role is responsible for territory sales, productivity, and growth of eScreen occupational health clinics in regard to drug testing and employee screening business. Responsibilities include signing new clinic partners, managing existing partners, marketing and selling products and services, introducing new eScreen products, and providing demonstrations. The manager will educate clinic staff on product integration, perform onsite marketing activities, monitor clinic product utilization and sales, conduct phone and onsite sales presentations, perform customer follow-up, and ensure clinics provide outstanding service to eScreen national customers. They will also coordinate and perform marketing training sessions, troubleshoot problems with clinics, facilitate resolution, coordinate marketing materials, introduce sales and marketing campaigns, and perform onsite training and technical installation when needed. The role involves consistently monitoring clinic revenue and utilization reports and articulating territory details regarding clinic productivity.
