You will own all of the scheduling activities as part of the PK recruiting team while providing best-in-class candidate experience. You'll support scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Take ownership of the interview scheduling process by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules and changes. Ensure candidates have great experience throughout the recruiting process. Support with candidate onboarding, background checks, new hire paperwork, ATS data accuracy etc. Support recruiting events such as networking events, on-site batch interview days, recruiting offsite events.
Location: This is a remote role, but you may be required to come to the office if needed. Work Shifts: 12-9pm or 2-11pm Pakistan time, Monday to Friday.
