Thriveworks is seeking a Clinical Hiring Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting the Recruitment and Regional Clinic Director teams to identify, communicate, and fulfill hiring needs. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for interviewing, assessing, and measuring the clinical competence of potential behavioral health professionals to staff and grow our outpatient counseling clinics.
