Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking a Clinical Hiring Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting the Recruitment and Regional Clinic Director teams to identify, communicate, and fulfill hiring needs. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for interviewing, assessing, and measuring the clinical competence of potential behavioral health professionals to staff and grow our outpatient counseling clinics.

Requirements

• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, with potential for weekend work)
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted professional licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Experience: 3-5 years of post-licensure practice experience.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
• Software: Experience with GSuite software.
• Recruiting Experience: Previous healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
• Communication: Professional and articulate communication skills.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills.
• Work Ethic: Aptitude to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
• Task Management: Experience in prioritizing a large task load.
• Attitude: Positive attitude and teachable demeanor.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct second interviews to determine candidates’ clinical fit for Thriveworks.
• Make offers to qualified candidates and follow up on all offers extended.
• Identify high-priority openings and source candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
• Utilize project management software for real-time candidate tracking.
