Requirements

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and sales roles, from sourcing to closing
Build pipeline of great candidates
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and drive strong candidate pipelines
Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience
Leverage data and recruiting tools to track progress, optimize funnels, and improve hiring efficiency
Represent Braintrust in the talent market and champion our mission, values, and culture
