Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in recruitment or HR
2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based roles
Workday or similar applicant tracking system experience preferred
Experience collaborating with sourcing partners or recruiting coordinators is beneficial
Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques
Strong interviewing, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and peers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Committed to maintaining candidate and company confidentiality
Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico
Position starts remote and transitions to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico within the first year (no travel required)
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based roles, from intake to offer
Partner with a Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategy
Lead hiring manager intake sessions to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations
Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements
Provide hiring managers with interview guidance, candidate summaries, and selection recommendations
Facilitate the offer process in partnership with Compensation and the HR team, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Maintain accurate candidate records and process documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, EEO guidelines, and internal hiring policies
Contribute to a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication and professionalism
Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives where applicable
