Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in recruitment or HR
  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based roles
  • Workday or similar applicant tracking system experience preferred
  • Experience collaborating with sourcing partners or recruiting coordinators is beneficial
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and peers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Committed to maintaining candidate and company confidentiality
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico
  • Position starts remote and transitions to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico within the first year (no travel required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based roles, from intake to offer
  • Partner with a Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategy
  • Lead hiring manager intake sessions to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements
  • Provide hiring managers with interview guidance, candidate summaries, and selection recommendations
  • Facilitate the offer process in partnership with Compensation and the HR team, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and process documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, EEO guidelines, and internal hiring policies
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication and professionalism
  • Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives where applicable
