Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination. Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or digital health company, is required. Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Recruiter will drive sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build candidate pools and expedite the recruitment of market-leading talent. They will influence and deliver quality assessment and a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, determine target profiles, and drive sourcing strategies. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to enable reporting and data integrity.
