Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales and/or recruiting in a fast-growing startup
  • Expertise with Ashby, Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiting, and other recruiting software
  • Strong consultative and partnership skills, combined with superior communication skills and a strong focus on results
  • Proven ability to proactively find and attract candidates rather than waiting for them to come to you
  • Experience driving candidate sourcing initiatives using search engines, deep web Boolean searching, social networks, etc
  • Results-oriented with proven critical thinking ability
  • Customer obsessive: deeply cares about delighting customers and solving their pains, not about vanity metrics

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and networking within the organization’s industry to identify potential candidates
  • Screening resumes and CVs and managing job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation
  • Contacting identified candidates and conducting screening interviews
  • Working closely with the founders and hiring managers to comprehensively understand Rilla’s short- and long-term talent needs
  • Managing JD calibration, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding
  • Utilizing direct search techniques for candidate identification and guiding them through recruitment
  • Conducting regular audits of ATS data for accuracy and consistency
  • Sourcing an extensive pipeline through niche platforms, networking, referrals, and creative methods
  • Supporting annual review of hiring activity, policies, and compliance
  • Collaborating with recruiting contractors and agencies that Rilla collaborates with
  • Actively contributing to developing best practices within the hiring team
  • Writing job descriptions, building top of funnel, creating candidate profiles, conducting initial interviews, hosting recruiting events, and traveling to campuses for career fairs
