Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively are also necessary, along with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to different clients and maintain high standards.
The Recruiter will be responsible for finding the best talent for clients, conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability, vetting candidates for clients with attention to detail, preparing candidates for interviews and presentations, providing guidance to candidates and clients, managing client accounts and communications, tracking metrics, participating in team calls, supporting the team, and feeding internal talent pools with top-notch candidates.
