The Recruiter will own the full lifecycle of sourcing and hiring for high-volume roles at Column. They will attract both passive and active talent by generating excitement about Column and building meaningful relationships with prospective candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand business needs and identifying top candidates in the industry. Additionally, the Recruiter will analyze recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance hiring practices.
API for managing financial transactions
