Responsibilities

  • Assist with Incoming Calls: Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Document Activities: Record all activities in the agency management system (EPIC)
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients via phone and email
  • Assist Clients: Support clients with applications, policies, premium payments, etc
  • Collect Renewal Data: Gather renewal data on assigned accounts
  • Review Policies: Review new and renewal policies, endorsements, and certificates
  • Maintain Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy of client data in the agency management system (EPIC)
