They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment and demonstrate the ability to deliver effectively.
The Real Estate Transformation Consultant will drive growth, renewals, and value with clients by analyzing customer data to determine targeted outreach, increasing overall platform utilization and retention. They will proactively engage with customers 1 on 1 to prevent churn, drive their success, and serve as a liaison between clients and the product/technical team to resolve issues and advocate for customers. The role involves managing customer onboarding, overseeing implementation, responding to customer support tickets, and implementing strategies to maximize customer value. Additionally, the consultant will travel as needed to visit client offices and provide expert positioning of solutions and ensure customer success.
