Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience with employee experience platform technologies, such as Simpplr, and 3+ years of consulting and enablement experience. They should also have 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or AWS infrastructure and 2+ years of experience working remotely as part of an international team, supporting an international customer base, and navigating cultural differences.

Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Consultant will partner with customers to support their experience in migrating from one Simpplr back-end to another, providing hands-on configuration guidance and best practices, liaising with the Migration team, conducting internal discovery and strategy discussions, implementing concurrent projects, providing best practices guidance and use cases, defining solutions for standard and unique use cases, educating and training customers on Simpplr’s features, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from migration preparation to post-migration activities.
