Candidates should possess 8+ years of work experience in change, strategy, or transformation roles within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within a consultancy, and demonstrate experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. They should also be self-driven, comfortable advising executives, building consensus, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on priorities, and possess a consulting mindset to improve the status quo.
The Transformation & Change Manager will conduct impact, stakeholder, and/or organization analyses to determine the scope and severity of programs, develop and execute change strategies to drive product adoption and improve employee experience, create executive and strategic communications, collaborate with business leads, product managers, and enablement teams to drive a cohesive approach for change and adoption, track the success of adoption efforts, support teams in identifying opportunities and accelerating execution, and drive adoption of new products, tools, and/or processes.
