Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, exceptional prioritization and organizational capabilities to manage a $2M+/- book of business, the ability to work independently, and technically adaptive skills with the capability to learn new solutions and communicate them effectively. Superior verbal and written communication abilities are also required, along with adeptness in identifying customer risks and proactively engaging customers.

Responsibilities

The Associate Customer Success Manager will drive product adoption, utilization, and expansion opportunities using customer data and analytics, deliver on 90%+ annual subscription renewals, ensure a seamless implementation process for customers, become knowledgeable of Transfr’s solutions and service offerings, communicate utilization data demonstrating customer value, contribute to the development of self-service resources, assist in creating scalable campaigns to educate customers, secure customer feedback, and leverage processes to maintain information flow and improve business metrics.
