The Transformational Solution Consultant is a client-facing role requiring technical expertise, industry knowledge, digital experience strategy understanding, and sales/demo methodologies. This position is crucial in shaping consulting strategies and articulating the value of Adobe's product portfolios to prospective clients.

What you'll Do

  • Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers to understand and address their technical and business challenges, driving significant business transformation.
  • Manage internal solution consulting teams during complex sales cycles to ensure a consistent presentation of the unified value of multiple Adobe solutions.
  • Deliver cross-portfolio demonstrations and technical validation readouts to diverse audiences, including executives, marketing/sales professionals, and engineers.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in digital transformation and AI, and Adobe's competitive positioning.
  • Partner with and advise internal teams, including sales and solution consulting leadership, on optimal solution sets for prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical roles within Digital Experience technology (e.g., Analytics, Testing, Content Management, Marketing Automation, CDP, Commerce).
  • Exceptional presentation and conversational skills, with a proven track record as a trusted advisor.
  • Expertise in building and communicating business use cases and value propositions.
  • Knowledge of leading experience management platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Optimizely, Oracle).
  • Experience consulting, architecting, or implementing Adobe solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly become proficient in new technologies and tools.
