Candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience, demonstrating the ability to build strategic relationships within their book of business to support renewal conversations, partnership presentations, and business expansion opportunities. Passion for client success, deep understanding of investment questions and processes, and the capacity to proactively identify value-adding opportunities are essential.
As a Client Strategy Manager, you will own and cultivate relationships with clients by leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement, becoming a trusted resource, advocating for client needs cross-departmentally, and creating and executing on account growth and engagement strategies. You will also manage commercial strategy by developing rapport with key decision-makers, managing renewals from beginning to end, and identifying and executing on upsell opportunities to augment contract value, while contributing to building best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team and potentially growing into the Business Development team.
