YipitData is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to support its growing client base in making better investment decisions. The role aims to be a research partner with clients, acting as an extension of their team by being an expert on products and investment narratives, understanding client needs, and ensuring proactive engagement and real-time responses.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships within a book of business to support renewal conversations, partnership presentations, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Passion for client success and a deep care for their investment questions and processes.
  • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for clients and materialize them through research.
  • Capability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
  • Strong self-starter and team player mentality.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the future of data-driven investment research and genuine interest in investment research and the markets.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Own and cultivate relationships with clients.
  • Leverage product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement.
  • Act as a trusted resource and thought partner for clients, providing top-notch service.
  • Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally.
  • Create and execute account growth and engagement strategies.

Commercial Strategy Management:

  • Develop rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Manage renewals from beginning to end.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities to augment contract value.

Team Contribution:

  • Contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team.
  • Potential to grow into the Business Development team or build out a team.
