Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.
The Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings and follow up with tenants, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, manage and update social media accounts with relevant real estate content, create engaging posts to attract potential tenants, and monitor social media engagement while responding to comments or inquiries.
