Requirements

The candidate must possess experience with compliance in a quality system and a willingness to learn P&G's QA and Warehousing and Transportation systems. They should have experience conducting investigations and assigning corrective and preventative actions, with proven multi-tasking ability to manage priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with good capability in MS Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook. The applicant must have continuous, un-sponsored right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Technician will provide QA oversight to ensure finished products meet high-quality standards during arrival, storage, and shipment, adhering to all quality processes. They will own and update Standard Operating Procedures for their area, manage quality outages, and approve investigations and corrective/preventative actions. The role involves working with other P&G and third-party sites to reduce shipment defects, supporting site operations teams, and assisting the site QA leader with continuous improvement programs and day-to-day operational QA processes. Additionally, they will manage priorities, develop long-term plans, and build QA capability within wider teams.
