Candidates must be bilingual in French and English, possess strong attention to detail, and have an analytical and resourceful nature with a user-oriented perspective. Required skills include manual testing, test case development, experience with bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps or Xray for Jira, API testing experience, and knowledge of Agile methodology and the software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience with database testing and test automation tools such as Selenium is an asset, as is experience with version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps.
The Quality Assurance Analyst will review business and system requirements, design documents, and other project materials to ensure adequate test coverage. They will develop testing strategies, identify tools and processes for quality assurance, and create a complete quality assurance validation cycle. Responsibilities also include creating and updating testing plans, running test scenarios, identifying and documenting bugs, contributing to the advancement of internal QA practices through knowledge sharing and process harmonization, and participating in customer meetings to present QA work.
