Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a QA engineer with a focus on manual testing of complex software products. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, along with hands-on experience in manual testing, backend, frontend, and end-to-end testing is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also essential. Experience with test automation frameworks, performance testing, security testing, or mobile testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

The QA Engineer will collaborate closely with the development team, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and user stories. They will perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, to validate complex functionality and edge cases. Responsibilities include identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, and working with the development team for timely resolution. The role also involves continuously improving the QA process, proposing and implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals and release plans are met.
