Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in software or digital products. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to think from a user's perspective are essential. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or Confluence is required. Experience with TestRail or Zephyr is a plus.
The QA Engineer will execute manual test plans to validate product features and report bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues. They will collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements and edge cases, participate in user acceptance testing, and help document and maintain test cases. The role involves tracking and verifying resolved issues, providing feedback to improve functionality and user experience, and helping maintain product quality across various browsers, devices, and environments.
