Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in network and/or application penetration testing, with a proven history of cross-functional collaboration. Experience with PCI-DSS boundary testing and a strong technical understanding of networks, endpoints, identity, cloud, encryption, data protection, and application deployment stacks are required. Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies like NIST SP 800-115 is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Ruby, React, GraphQL, mobile application testing, AWS testing, and the Financial Services industry. A bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, software engineering, or a related field is preferred, as are certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Professional, OSCP, or CREST Registered Tester, and AWS Certified Security Specialty.

Responsibilities

The Senior Penetration Tester will plan and execute security assessments, including detailed penetration tests on internal systems, web applications, and other software. Responsibilities include analyzing vulnerabilities, suggesting actionable recommendations to address security threats and improve application security, and developing comprehensive reports detailing findings, methodologies, and insights. The role also involves working closely with application security, vulnerability management, infrastructure, and platform engineers to implement solutions and enhance the company's security posture.
