Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in onboarding, customer service, or account management within the technology or education sectors, demonstrating comfort with high-volume customer interactions and utilizing CRM solutions such as HubSpot. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in email, video demos, and audio calls, are required, as is a demonstrated understanding of Wonderschool’s values, including delighting customers, being scrappy, and acting as a driver. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
The Provider Onboarding Manager will deliver an excellent provider experience by managing the onboarding process, training and onboarding providers to the Wonderschool platform, assisting providers in growing their businesses, and proactively finding answers to their questions. They will also recruit child care providers, work closely with sales, customer support, and engineering to report issues and bugs, contribute to a positive team culture, and travel approximately 25% of the time to support provider needs.
Connects parents with childcare providers
Wonderschool connects parents with quality preschools, daycares, and in-home childcare programs. The platform works by recruiting and training childcare providers through a 12-week program, even if they lack prior licensing. This training helps providers gain the skills needed to run successful childcare programs and assists them in obtaining the necessary licenses and meeting health and safety standards. Unlike many competitors, Wonderschool offers a subscription-based service that provides childcare providers with tools like automated billing, parent communication portals, and ongoing professional development. The goal of Wonderschool is to simplify the childcare process for both parents and providers, ensuring high-quality care while reducing administrative burdens for providers.
