Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation of best-in-class innovative propositions to increase product and service distribution
  • Lead Proposition development (Product, Process, Promotion and Pricing)
  • Identify market drivers and customer needs to define the value proposition
  • Work with country and global teams to develop strategic initiatives
  • Optimize commercial relationships with Client and Partner brands
  • Serve as the market expert on chosen Products internally and externally
  • Engage with Global Product Teams to understand Global insights/capabilities
  • Drive and deliver proposition development and strategic initiatives to achieve strategic growth/account plans
  • Improve commercial return on propositions for existing clients
  • Ensure the ANZ proposition roadmaps are collaborative and actively maintained
  • Drive and deliver proposition development and strategic initiatives to deliver our strategic growth/account plans by creating sustainable customer and client value propositions
  • Improve commercial return on propositions for existing clients, including through 3D strategy of Defend, Develop and Disruption (including continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives)
  • Ensure consumer and client marketing accurately reflect Assurant’s capabilities
