Responsibilities

The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering customized, high-quality proposals in response to RFx requests, working closely with sales teams to understand client needs and objectives. They will manage the RFP process, conduct research and analysis to tailor proposals, write and edit persuasive proposals, ensure compliance with guidelines, and track proposal progress and outcomes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining content library review cycles, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for proposal content.
